Pay As You Go
The way that this works is SIMPLE! There is no contract, you simply speak with the Help Desk and pay for the time that is used. Let's say that you are open 8 hours in a day and in that time, you open five help desk tickets. Now, let's say that it takes 1 hour to resolve all of those tickets. You just got a full day of I.T. support and only paid for a single hour!
You can use this service for essentially ANYTHING. When you speak with the Help Desk, someone is there immediately to assist you. We have tools to access your computer remotely and we are able to resolve most issues quickly. If an on-site visit is necessary, we will ask that a list of of I.T. tasks are prepared on arrival to optimize our time as well as your resources. Billing is handled at the end of each month and a copy of each ticket, complete with documentation and time recording, will be made available.
